Welcome to my stop on the Hot Autumn Nights Giveaway Hop! I like the autumn because there's a crispness in the air but it's still not so cold that I can't enjoy myself outside. Going for a walk with your guy to see the colorful leaves and then settling down in front of the fire with a cup of hot chocolate or a chocolate martini--what a great way to spend a night!
I'm currently celebrating the release of my newest book, Fall Into Me, the sequel to the USA Today bestseller Crash Into Me. The second book in the Heart of Stone trilogy continues the sensual and emotional story of Tristan and Nina that began in Crash Into Me.
Wealthier and more powerful than most men his age, Tristan Stone
merely has to give voice to his desires and whatever he wants is his.
Money has given him the ability to say nothing and no one is beyond his
reach.
Except for Nina. Stripped of her memory after an accident, she
doesn't remember the man who loves her. Now he must find a way to show
her why she fell in love with him, but the past is always just a step
behind, threatening to take her away forever.
Unsure of everything about the past four years, Nina believes
Tristan loves her. But will the secrets he holds tear them apart just
when she needs him most?
Excerpt:
When I came out of the bathroom, he was
sitting on the edge of the bed, still fully dressed. Confused, I walked
toward him. "Is something wrong? You're still dressed."
His brown eyes seemed to dance as he looked at me. "Not a thing. Turn around for me, Nina."
I did as he commanded, twirling the babydoll so the panties beneath showed.
When I faced him again, he was staring at me, his eyes focused on mine.
He sat there silently while I waited for him to speak, each moment that
ticked by making me uncomfortable as his gaze never wavered.
"Tristan?"
He shook his head. "Shhh. Come here."
Taking my hand, he pulled me onto his lap so I straddled him. I pressed
my hands to his chest as he slid his finger under the strap on my right
shoulder, teasing my skin with his touch. He leaned in to lightly
pepper kisses across my collarbone, and I shivered from a chill that ran
down my spine.
I wanted him so badly. How he could be so calm
and controlled when I could barely contain my need to have him touch
every inch of me drove me wild. It was enthralling, sexy, and maddening
all at the same time.
Whew! It gets much hotter after that. ;) So now it's time for the giveaway. I'm going to make it easy since many of us are still dealing with turkey coma. Just leave a comment below with your name, your email address, and why you love sexy romance books for a chance to win one of three ebook copies of Crash Into Me. I'll choose three winners at random after the giveaway is over, and it's open internationally, so an email address gets you in!
Good luck and make sure you hop around to all the other great stops on the blog hop!
